In one room, beyond a large glass door, lies the reconstruction of Pizzardi’s study. An intimate space that, through its decorations and furnishings, allows us to relive the atmosphere of a bygone era. A small barrel-vaulted room lit by a large window; a large painted frieze on the walls, with daffodil flowers within a fanciful basket of woven wicker, placed in the center of illusionistic moldings.
The same daffodil motif is repeated in the painted band surrounding the door, with beige flowers on a red ochre background. Finally, the furniture includes a desk, a piano, a cabinet with doors, and two long frames containing reproductions of photographs from King Victor Emmanuel III of Savoy’s visit to the Pizzardi Estate in Bentivoglio in 1925.
